特氟龙知识

 

特氟龙高性能特种涂料是以聚四氟乙稀为基体树脂的氟涂料,英文名称为Teflon,因为发音的缘故,通常又被称之为铁氟龙、铁富龙、特富龙、特氟隆等等(皆为Teflon的译音)。特氟龙(铁氟龙)涂料是一种独一无二的高性能涂料,结合了耐热性、化学惰性和优异的绝缘稳定性及低摩擦性,具有其他涂料无法抗衡的综合优势,它应用的灵活性使得它能用于几乎所有形状和大小的产品上。

    特氟龙分为PTFE、FEP、PFA、ETFE几种基本类型:

    特氟龙PTFE:PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)不粘涂料可以在260℃连续使用,具有最高使用温度290-300℃,极低的摩擦系数、良好的耐磨性以及极好的化学稳定性。

    特氟龙FEP:FEP(氟化乙烯丙稀共聚物)不粘涂料在烘烤时熔融流动形成无孔薄膜,具有卓越的化学稳定性、极好的不粘特性,最高使用温度为200℃。

    特氟龙PFA:PFA(过氟烷基化物)不粘涂料与FEP一样在烘烤时熔融流动形成无孔薄膜。PFA的优点是具有更高的连续使用温度260℃,更强的刚韧度,特别适合使用在高温条件下防粘和耐化学性使用领域。

    特氟龙ETFE:ETFE是一种乙烯和四氟乙烯的共聚物,该树脂是最坚韧的氟聚合物,可以形成一层高度耐用的涂层,具有卓越的耐化学性,并可在150℃下连续工作。

 

    经过特氟龙涂装后,具有以下特性:

    1、不粘性:几乎所有物质都不与特氟龙涂膜粘合。很薄的膜也显示出很好的不粘附性能。

    2、耐热性:特氟龙涂膜具有优良的耐热和耐低温特性。短时间可耐高温到300℃,一般在240℃~260℃之间可连续使用,具有显著的热稳定性,它可以在冷冻温度下工作而不脆化,在高温下不融化。

    3、滑动性:特氟龙涂膜有较低的摩擦系数。负载滑动时摩擦系数产生变化,但数值仅在0.05-0.15之间。

    4、抗湿性:特氟龙涂膜表面不沾水和油质,生产操作时也不易沾溶液,如粘有少量污垢,简单擦拭即可清除。停机时间短,节省工时并能提高工作效率。

    5、耐磨损性:在高负载下,具有优良的耐磨性能。在一定的负载下,具备耐磨损和不粘附的双重优点。

    6、耐腐蚀性:特氟龙几乎不受药品侵蚀,可以保护零件免于遭受任何种类的化学腐蚀。

产品包装规格: 20KG。

 

涂料外观:透明亮光。

 

涂膜硬度:高于4H,看基材的选择,最高9H。(普通特氟龙涂层只高于2H)

 

涂膜光泽度:40度-80度(喷涂操作占很大影响,太厚表面会变粗糙)

 

典型使用或基材、注意:(铝、不锈钢、陶瓷、冷板铁皮、铸铁、模具金属等)

操作使用方法

基材涂装前准备:除油,喷砂(可使用金刚砂60到80目)(没有喷砂器材可直接粗化处理后喷涂)。

 

涂料过滤:100目以上过滤。

 

涂料干燥烧结温度:预热基材50-60度后喷涂(也可以不预热),烘烤恒温280度约15分钟。需慢慢升至280度,否则可能导致涂层起皮

 

涂膜厚度:20-25微米

 

注意事项:

 

a.使用压缩空气喷涂,喷涂前必须除水

 

b.请把底部沉淀物摇均匀在使用

 

c.喷涂生产时,做好防护措施,以避免吸入在喷涂加工时产生的雾气

 

d.喷涂后须清洗喷枪,(酒精)

 

常温固化注意事项:

 

1.本产品为单组份,在常温中可自动固化,表面干燥是是30-60分钟,完全固化时间是24-36小

 

时,温度对固化时间有显著影响,温度高则固化快。

 

2.本品完全固化后,方可投入使用。

 

3.使用时应即时将盖子盖好,避免产品与空气接触时间过长而发生固化。

 

4.操作和使用工具.设备应清洁无尘。

 

5.操作现场要注意通风.注意防火。

Teflon PFA: like FEP, PFA (perfluoroalkyl compound) nonstick coating melts and flows during baking to form non-porous film.PFA has the advantage of continuous temperature 260 ℃, has higher stronger GangRen degrees, especially suitable for use under the condition of high temperature resistant glue and chemical resistance to use areas.

Teflon ETFE: ETFE is a and tetrafluoroethylene ethylene copolymer, the resin is the most tough fluorine polymer, can form a layer of highly durable coating has excellent chemical resistance, and can work continuously under 150 ℃.

After teflon coating, it has the following characteristics:

1, non-viscous: almost all substances are not with teflon coating adhesion.Very thin film also shows very good nonadhesion performance.

2, heat resistance: teflon coating has excellent heat and low temperature resistance.Resistant to high temperature to 300 ℃, short time average between 240 ℃ ~ 260 ℃ can be continuous use, has significant thermal stability, it can work under freezing temperature and not brittle, not melt at high temperature.

3, sliding: teflon coating has a low coefficient of friction.The friction coefficient changes during load sliding, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15.

4, moisture resistance: teflon coating surface is not stained with water and oil, production operation is not easy to touch the solution, if there is a small amount of dirt, simple wipe can be removed.Short down time, saving time and improving work efficiency.

5, wear resistance: under high load, with excellent wear resistance.Under certain load, it has the double advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion.

6, corrosion resistance: teflon is almost free from drug corrosion, can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.

Film hardness: higher than 4H, depending on the choice of substrate, the highest 9H.(ordinary teflon coating is only higher than 2H)

Coating glossiness: 40 -80 (spraying operation is very important, too thick surface will become rough)

Operation method

Preparation before substrate coating: in addition to oil, sandblasting (can use emery 60 to 80 mesh) (no sandblasting equipment can be directly roughened after spraying).

Coating filtration: over 100 mesh filtration.

Paint drying and sintering temperature: preheat the substrate 50-60 degrees before spraying (can also not preheat), baking constant temperature of 280 degrees about 15 minutes.Rise slowly to 280 degrees, or it may cause peeling of the coating

Film thickness: 20-25 microns

Notes:

A. Spray with compressed air. Water must be removed before spraying

B. Shake the bottom sediment evenly before use

C. During spraying production, protective measures should be taken to avoid inhaling fog generated during spraying process

D. Spray gun must be cleaned after spraying (alcohol)

Notes for curing at room temperature:

1. This product is a single component, which can be automatically cured at room temperature. The surface drying time is 30-60 minutes, and the complete curing time is 24-36 minutes

, the temperature has a significant impact on the curing time, the temperature is high curing fast.

2. This product can only be put into use after fully curing.

3. The cover should be closed immediately when using to avoid curing of the product due to prolonged contact with air.

4. Operate and use tools. Equipment should be clean and dust-free.

5. Pay attention to ventilation and fire prevention at the operation site.
